1. Başvuru formu başvuru sahibi kuruluş tarafından doldurulacaktır.
   (Application form will be filled out by applicant)
   
   
2. Başvuru formu ve ekleri okunabilir olmalıdır. Başvuruya ait dokümanları elden teslim ediniz veya kayıtlı bir posta veya kargo yada fax ile gönderiniz.
   Application Form and attachments must be readable. Please, hand over or send by registered mail or cargo or fax, these documents to the related)
   
   
3. Başvuru Sahibi Kuruluş adına bu formu imzalayan yetkili şahıs, aynı zamanda bu formda verilen bilgilerin doğruluğunu da teyit etmektedir. Bu sebeple, formdaki bilgilerin doğruluğunu kontrol ederek imzalayınız. Formda verilen bilgilerin hatalı veya yanlış olmasından doğacak sorumluluk başvuru sahibi kuruluşa ait olacaktır.

4. Başvurularda kullanılacak olan dil Türkçe veya İngilizcedir.
   (Applications must be submitted in Turkish or in English)
   
   
5. Başvuru formu TekniKora tarafından değerlendirilir. Uygun görülürse başvuru kabul edilir.
   (The application is evaluated by TekniKora. If it is appropriate it will be accepted.)
   
   
6. Başvurunun kabul edilmesi halinde, Başvuru Sahibi Kuruluşun Yasal Statüsünü gösteren belgeler talep edilir. (Ticaret Sicil Gazetesi, Vergi Levhası, İmza Sirküleri) (Fotokopisi veya elektronik olarak taranmış kopyası sunulabilir.)
   
   
7. In case of acceptance of the application, the applicant will be requested documents showing legal status of the organization.( Trade Registration Journal, Tax Registration Certificate, The Book of Authorized Signature) (It may be submitted as a foto copy or scanned copy)
